Job description
Total Wine & More in Miami is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to grow the brand through best-in-class service and a distinctive world of beverages. You will support store operations, build a sales and service culture, and report to the Store Manager.
You will lead a store team, drive payroll and inventory processes, manage merchandising and vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws. This role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends and a strong focus on profitability.
