Assistant Store Manager – Lacoste

Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the daily operations of a Lacoste retail store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help the team achieve sales targets, maintain exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and motivate a team of associate leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Assistance: Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency.
Sales Support: Implement sales strategies, analyze sales data, and identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership: Guide, coach, and develop the store team in a positive work environment.
Customer Service Focus: Handle customer queries and issues with professionalism.
Inventory Oversight: Manage stock ordering, receiving, and organization.
Merchandising and Presentation: Ensure visual appeal and brand standards.
Administrative Support: Assist with budget management, policy compliance, and safety standards.
Requirements / Qualifications
2-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
Demonstrated ability to support team and store operations.
Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Experience with retail management software and MS Office.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
