Job description
Coach in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, operations, and team development on the floor. You will lead by example, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and uphold Coach’s service standards.
You’ll recruit and coach associates, manage scheduling and store presentation, support omni-channel initiatives, and collaborate with district and corporate teams to reflect market trends and brand vision.
