Job description
Coach is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, operations and team development. You lead on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding Coach's service standards.
You will recruit, onboard and coach team members, manage omnichannel initiatives, scheduling, payroll and loss prevention, and collaborate with district and corporate teams to execute store strategies.
