Job description
Buff City Soap is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help operate a fast-paced Makery and deliver an exceptional client experience. The role drives store performance, coaches team members, and ensures cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
Your responsibilities include supervising Makery operations, meeting sales goals, managing inventory, and supporting the Store Manager with revenue and expense control, including nights and weekends as required.
