Job description
SmartStop Self Storage in Xenia, OH is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for Store #6041. The role covers leasing units, supervising a team, and overseeing on-site operations with no night shifts.
Starting pay is $16.50/hour plus a bonus pathway, with standard hours Mon–Fri 9:30am–6:00pm, Sat 9:00am–4:00pm, Sun 10:00am–2:00pm. You will manage storage rentals, prepare agreements, process transactions, assist maintenance, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining property standards
