Job description
SmartStop® Self Storage in Lakewood, CO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Store #6121). The role oversees leasing, supervising a team, on-site projects, and tenant relations, with hours Mon-Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm; Sat 9:00am - 4:00pm; Sun 10:00am - 2:00pm. Starting at $20.00/hour + Bonus.
You’ll handle rental agreements, payments, maintenance coordination, and promote storage solutions while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.
