SmartStop Self Storage, Inc. in Greenville, Ohio is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Store #6044) to oversee leasing, supervise a team, assist with maintenance, and ensure tenant satisfaction during daytime hours.
The role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a customer-focused approach. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with a bonus plan; hours are Mon-Fri 9:30am-6:00pm, with additional weekend coverage as needed.
