Job description
SmartStop Self Storage in Xenia, OH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Store #6041). This role operates without evening shifts, with hours Mon-Fri 9:30am–6:00pm, Sat 9:00am–4:00pm, Sun 10:00am–2:00pm. Starting pay is $16.50/hour plus a bonus, plus benefits.
The position covers all aspects of store operations, including leasing, supervising a team, assisting with maintenance, and maintaining strong tenant relationships.
