Job description
ORW | 4WP Lake Worth, TX is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a sales team, and ensure exceptional customer service across parts, service, and inventory. You will drive sales performance, manage merchandise displays, and coordinate with the Service Manager on installation needs and schedules.
You’ll leverage product knowledge to upsell parts, train staff, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced retail setting while supporting a safe working environment.
