Job description
Rothy’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Dallas, TX (North Park) to partner with the Store Manager in delivering service, sales, and operational excellence. You will lead by example on the sales floor, coach your team, and act as the Manager on Duty when needed.
You will drive a culture of exceptional customer experiences, clienteling, and brand-aligned events, while ensuring visual standards and presentation across the store.
