A Day In The Life
Lead a successful team, support the store manager, and manage store operations
Manage inventory, safety, and operational issues
Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained
Drive operational and marketing programs
Build customer relationships and ensure positive experiences
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school preferred
Experience or willingness to learn about the automotive aftermarket
Passion for customer care and relationship building
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of inventory management systems
Ability to lift 60 lbs
Preferred
Background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership
Experience in retail or fast food management
Customer-centric attitude
