Assistant Store Manager
Pay: $16–$19 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Card Monster Games is looking for a dependable, motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team, support daily store operations, and create a great experience for both customers and employees.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is comfortable stepping into a leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership skills
Cash handling experience
Excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to collaborate and work well with others
A positive attitude and ability to promote a healthy work environment
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Dependability and good decision-making skills
Previous retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred
Interest or knowledge in trading card games, video games, collectibles, or tabletop gaming is a plus
What You’ll Do
Support the Store Manager with daily operations
Lead, motivate, and assist team members during shifts
Provide excellent customer service
Handle cash, registers, and daily transactions accurately
Help maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store
Assist with inventory, merchandising, and restocking
Help train and develop employees
Resolve customer concerns professionally
Collaborate with management and team members to accomplish store goals
Promote a positive and respectful work environment
Take ownership of tasks and follow through on responsibilities
