Job description
Russell Feed & Supply is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Keyholder) to join our team across multiple North Texas locations. This role supports daily operations, delivers exceptional customer service, and helps drive sales on a busy retail floor.
You will open and close stores, handle daily sales paperwork, manage inventory, supervise staff, resolve customer issues, and maintain a safe, well-informed team environment. Weekend availability is expected for a long-term career path.
