Job description
Goodwill Industries of Southwestern Michigan in Richland, Michigan, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a full-time role that leads a store team, drives sales, and ensures excellent customer service while managing daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, strong cash handling skills, and the ability to train and motivate staff. A high school diploma and familiarity with retail/merchandising are preferred.
