Job description
Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our North Little Rock, AR location to support store operations, customer service, and team development.
You will assist with day-to-day store activities, help customers, supervise and train associates, and ensure a clean, well-stocked sales floor with organized stockroom.
Open/close procedures, compliance with corporate directives, and a positive, safe environment are essential as you contribute to a high-performing store team.
