Job description
EZPawn in Waterloo, IA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of 5–15 Pawnbrokers and Sales Associates, delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with customers.
You will drive revenue, manage pawn and loan transactions, analyze business metrics, and support staffing, onboarding and training while guiding Team Members toward Store Manager roles.
