Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in achieving sales and service targets while improving store operations. This role helps develop a professional team and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop the store team to achieve company goals and individual objectives.
Collaborate with training teams and establish weekly and monthly team objectives.
Promote professional presentation and exceptional customer service to maximize sales.
Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual guidelines.
Coordinate with store support departments and Human Resources on policies and team development.
Requirements
Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, or service.
Strong customer service, clienteling, leadership, and coaching skills.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
