We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations in a busy, fast-paced retail environment at a prominent event venue. This role involves
Supporting store operations to maintain high standards in service, presentation, and trading activity
Planning staff rotas based on event schedules and footfall patterns
Managing product pricing, ordering, and stock availability to meet customer demand
Using Excel and internal systems for sales forecasting and stock planning
Leading, motivating, and supporting a team during high-pressure periods
Ensuring consistent excellent customer service and compliance with safety standards
Ideal candidates will have experience in retail management, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and effective leadership abilities.
