Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. Prior retail and/or management experience is required. Physical demands include in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
