Responsibilities
Establish and maintain guest services.
Support Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage.
Handle merchandising and inventory control according to company policies.
Perform physical duties: stand, walk, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18.
Prior retail and/or management experience required.
Physical ability to stand over 8 hours, walk, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs.
