Assistant Store Manager – Spencer's
Hourly rate: $17.00 - $17.25 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience).

Responsibilities include:
Establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
Supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations.
Ensuring maximum sales and profitability through staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum age of 18.
Prior retail and/or management experience required.
Physical demands include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
