Job description
Hourly rate ranges from $18.90 to $19.15 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. The physical demands of the job require in excess of eight hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
