Overview
Hourly rate ranges from $19.00 - $19.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
Benefits include: New York Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
Assist in the overall operation of a store to help maximize sales and profitability.
Establish and maintain guest services standards.
Develop staff and control expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
Qualifications
Prior retail management experience is required.
Minimum age 18; must have a flexible schedule.
Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
