What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll work side‑by‑side with an experienced Store Manager to learn the ins and outs of the business while making a real impact from day one. You will:
Help lead daily shop operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and profitability
Deliver a top‑notch customer experience that keeps people coming back
Train, coach, and support team members to build a strong, positive culture
Contribute to meeting and exceeding sales and performance goals
Help improve processes and ensure smooth, consistent operations

Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
A positive, customer‑first attitude
Basic comfort with numbers and business performance
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
