Job description
Rally House is hiring an Assistant Coach who acts as the Assistant Store Manager to support store performance and coach the team. The role focuses on training, coaching, and maintaining guest-focused operations while adapting to changing priorities.
You will partner with the Head Coach, lead talent onboarding, drive merchandising initiatives, and ensure safety and policy standards are followed throughout shifts and events.
