Job description
Crosby’s Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and support the Team Leader in creating a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service and driving store success.
You will supervise team members, maintain high operational standards, and ensure every customer has a great experience—every day, every time. The role covers customer experience, store operations, team leadership, financial/Admin tasks, and safety.
