Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our high-volume, full-service automotive repair center. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record of driving repeat customer sales, excels at solving complex problems, and takes pride in delivering high-quality and timely work. We provide a clean, modern and safe workspace equipped with state-of-the-art tools, a steady flow of customers, and the opportunity to work alongside skilled Store Managers.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales and customer service.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Review Digital Inspections from technicians to properly write repair orders for customers.
Requirements
General knowledge of the automotive industry.
Retail sales experience is preferred.
Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain organization.
Compensation
Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
