Ready to take the next step in your retail leadership career? We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who brings energy, accountability, and a passion for customer experience to the sales floor.

You’ll partner closely with the Store Manager, help lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and step into full store leadership when needed.
What You’ll Do
Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations, sales, and merchandising
Lead the store and team in the Store Manager’s absence
Coach, train, and motivate associates to drive performance
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer connections
Assist with scheduling, inventory awareness, and operational standards
Help protect company assets and ensure operational accuracy
Qualifications
1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience (footwear/athletic retail preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Team-first mindset with a passion for customer service and selling
Self-starter who leads by example
