Key Responsibilities
Delegate tasks and train team members to ensure top-notch customer service
Monitor store sales, expenses, profits, and assets
Support the personal development of store associates
Maintain a friendly and efficient store environment
Qualifications
At least 2 years of retail management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently and stand or walk for up to 8 hours
Motivated to grow within the company
