Summary
As Assistant Store Manager for the new Westfield Topanga opening, you will support the Store Manager in achieving sales and service targets and help build a high-performing store team. You will contribute to store operations, visual standards, and the customer experience while coaching and developing staff. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
Support Store Manager to lead and develop a professional store team to achieve sales and service goals
Collaborate with training teams to develop a gold-standard team and set weekly/monthly objectives
Ensure employees present professionally and deliver exceptional customer service and clienteling
Maintain attractive merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines and coordinate with store support departments
Align with Human Resources on policies, procedures and development planning; perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, or service
Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and motivate a team
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays
