Who Succeeds in This Role

* You will ensure inventory accuracy, product readiness, and overall store organization.

* Your work directly impacts store performance and customer experience.

What You'll Do

* Maintain accurate inventory through weekly counts and reconciliations

* Track and resolve open repair issues

* Organize and maintain back room with proper tagging

* Refurbish returned merchandise to company standards

* Ensure pricing and signage accuracy

* Coordinate inventory transfers

* Monitor product ordering and follow up

* Support store organization and operational efficiency

* Support the Store Manager in driving overall store performance

* Coach and hold team members accountable to expectations

* Review reports and act on opportunities to improve results

* Coordinate field visits and delivery schedules

* Maintain store standards (inventory, merchandising, cleanliness)

* Step in to lead the store when needed

* Supervise and support a small team (1-3 employees)

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

* High school diploma or GED

* 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred

* Highly organized with strong attention to detail

* Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks

* Strong communication skills

* Comfortable using computers and systems

* Reliable with strong follow-through

* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (assistance for heavier items)

* Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek

Monday-Friday: 10am-7pm, Saturday: 10am-6pm (required), Sunday: Closed

Schedules may vary based on business needs
