nPosition Summary
nThe Assistant Studio Manager partners with the Studio Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional member experiences, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is responsible for supporting membership growth, coaching the Wellness Advisor team, maintaining operational excellence, and serving as the manager on duty when the Studio Manager is unavailable.
nKey Responsibilities Sales & Membership Growth
nAchieve individual membership and retail sales goals.
nAssist in reaching overall studio membership and revenue targets.
nFollow up on all leads through phone, text, email, and CRM.
nConduct studio tours and consultations.
nConvert prospects into long-term members.
nExecute member retention strategies including freezes, renewals, and win-back campaigns.
nTrack daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
nLeadership & Team Development
nCoach front desk staff on sales techniques and member experience.
nAssist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
nProvide ongoing feedback and accountability.
nServe as Manager on Duty when needed.
nFoster a positive, collaborative studio culture.
nOperations
nBuild relationships with members and encourage community.
nGather member feedback and communicate opportunities for improvement.
nEnsure every interaction reflects the YogaSix brand experience.
nEnsure studio cleanliness and presentation meet YogaSix standards.
nHandle member concerns and resolve issues professionally.
nEnsure compliance with policies and operational procedures.
nMarketing & Community Outreach
nParticipate in grassroots marketing events.
nSupport social media content creation and community engagement.
nCoordinate studio events, referral campaigns, and member appreciation activities.
nQualifications
n2+ years of sales or customer service experience (boutique fitness preferred).
nPrevious supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
nProven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
nStrong organizational and time management abilities.
nComfortable using CRM and POS systems (ClubReady experience preferred).
nPassion for health, wellness, and fitness.
nAbility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
