nIn this full-time leadership role, you’ll be the heart and soul of the front desk, the go-to problem solver, and the right hand to the Studio Manager. You'll play a critical role in shaping the member experience and empowering your team to deliver excellence every single day.
nYour Key Responsibilities:
nLead & Develop the Front-of-House Team
nTrain, mentor, and develop a high-performing front desk staff to provide top-tier service
nMonitor team performance, offer real-time coaching, and create a supportive, growth-focused culture
nDeliver valuable feedback to coaches to ensure a seamless member experience
nBe the Go-To for Member Support
nHandle member concerns with care and confidence—always aiming for quick, effective solutions
nBuild lasting relationships with members and create a welcoming environment that feels like home
nDrive Sales & Grow the Studio
nLead by example in meeting and exceeding sales goalsMotivate the front desk team to maximize leads, close memberships, and deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint
nBe the Studio’s Front Desk Anchor
nYou’ll be the face our members see most—greet them with energy, learn their stories, and become a trusted point of contact
nKeep the studio running smoothly and lead with passion, positivity, and professionalism
nManage Admin & Account Tasks
nOwn the details: process membership paperwork, resolve billing issues, manage class declines and unpaid sessions
nKeep our systems accurate, up-to-date, and running efficiently behind the scenes
nWhat You Bring to the Team:
nLeadership or supervisory experience in a customer-facing, sales-driven environment (fitness industry a plus!)
nA people-first mindset and a passion for health, wellness, and community
nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
