Backed by a substantial project pipeline and long-term growth strategy, they offer employees exceptional career progression and exposure to complex, large-scale projects.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for:Assisting the Superintendent in managing daily site operations on active construction projectsCoordinating subcontractors, trade partners, and field activities to maintain project momentumMonitoring quality control, site safety, and adherence to project schedulesSupporting site logistics planning and execution throughout all construction phasesParticipating in project meetings and communicating field updates to the project teamAssisting with project documentation, reporting, and progress trackingWorking alongside Project Managers, Engineers, and field teams to ensure successful project deliveryGaining exposure to preconstruction, construction, turnover, and project closeout activitiesContributing to the successful execution of ground-up multifamily and commercial developmentsBuilding the experience and leadership skills necessary to advance into a Superintendent roleMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
