Role Overview:
As the Director of Operations Assistant with a focus on marketing, you will support our operations director and lead marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies.
Create and manage content for social media and other marketing channels.
Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly.
Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns and content creation.
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our services.
Maintain communication with clients to address questions and provide updates.
Collaborate across departments to align marketing and operations activities.
Support various departments with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in marketing and client services.
Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, & X).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the financial security industry is preferred.
