Job description
Independence Title in the Austin Area, Texas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking AVP, Business Intelligence & Enablement. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
AVP, Business Intelligence & Enablement is responsible for:
Lead the implementation, optimization, governance, and long-term ownership of HubSpot CRM, including data migration, system integration, user adoption, and ongoing platform management.
Develop and execute business intelligence, reporting, and dashboard strategies that provide actionable insights for sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
Establish data governance standards, user permissions, compliance practices, and CRM processes to ensure data accuracy, security, and operational consistency.
Drive sales enablement through training, documentation, change management, and performance reporting that increase CRM adoption and sales productivity.
Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, event and education tracking, customer segmentation, and ROI measurement across markets.
Identify and implement opportunities for automation, artificial intelligence, and process improvement while collaborating across departments to support strategic business

Seeking an individual with proven experience managing, implementing, or optimizing a CRM or similar enterprise platform, including data migration, cleanup, and governance.
Must have strong analytical skills with experience creating and interpreting reports, dashboards, and business insights for operational and executive audiences.
Able to demonstrate ability to lead initiatives independently while collaborating effectively across departments and organizational levels.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs for professional audiences, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Empathy and patience when working with users of varying tech comfort levels.

Qualifications:
Travel required to support branch offices within company footprint, as requested
A High School diploma or equivalent is required
At least 7 years of experience in title, real estate, mortgage, or other relationship-driven industry, with exposure to marketing, MLS data, or multi-office organizations preferred.
Proficiency and experience with AI-powered business tools such as HubSpot and Power BI preferred.
Able to work proficiently in fast paced environment
Microsoft Suite proficient
