Work closely with senior product leadership to aid in the execution of the company roadmap.

Write detailed specs and business‑facing documentation, manage project execution, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), A/B test, wireframe, and define product roll‑out strategies.

Provide support for platform incidents and training for impending releases.

Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles, ability to wireframe, and professional experience partnering directly with engineering and UI/UX design teams.

A creative problem solver who is highly analytical, able to incorporate quantitative data, qualitative insights, and macro business trends to pivot and iterate on original ideas.

Hands‑on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests to drive adoption and engagement, utilizing analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and SQL.
