Assistant Vice President, Product Control and Reporting
This role at Blackstone involves working closely with the CIO office to enhance reporting processes and deliverables. You’ll coordinate between various teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting for senior management and investors. It’s a great opportunity to be part of a growing team in a leading credit-focused asset management firm.
What You’ll Do
Work with the CIO office on reporting needs and enhancements.
Coordinate reporting between portfolio managers and the middle office.
Produce senior management and LP reporting deliverables.
Track firmwide commitments and maintain reporting controls.
Reconcile transaction data for accurate client reporting.
Collaborate with teams to streamline reporting processes.
Help develop solutions for changing business needs.
Create presentation materials for senior management.
What You Need
6+ years of experience in finance reporting or related fields.
Understanding of private credit or equity is a plus.
Experience with fixed income securities or loans preferred.
Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and reporting.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
