Job description
The Godman Guild Association in Columbus seeks an AVP of Workforce Development to lead and coordinate adult programs across multiple locations and partner sites.
You will plan, evaluate, and expand workforce development services, align them with funder outcomes, and work with senior leadership to improve social and economic mobility in Central Ohio. The AVP role includes overseeing budgets, fundraising, and ensuring program compliance.
