Assistant Warehouse Supervisor-Weekend ShiftOFS is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor for the weekend shift. Attention to detail, a sense of urgency and good work ethic are keys to success in this role. As a key member of the team, this individual will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced, ever changing environment.Responsibilities:Assist Supervisor with the following:Enforcing policies, procedures and safety guidelinesManaging production schedules to meet deadlinesImproving production efficiencies and qualityImplementing continuous improvement activities for production employeesRequired Skills:Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExtreme attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standardsMust be a self-starter and motivatorPossess the ability to meet scheduled deadlinesThrive in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in the following areas a plus:Previous warehousing experience preferredPrior leadership skills a must
