Job description
Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Full Time Assistant Manager for Cherry Hill Mall in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will support the Chief Workshop Manager in daily operations, ensuring a high-quality Guest experience and effective staff management.
You’ll lead shifts, coach Bear Builders, and align merchandising and safety standards with brand guidelines while driving sales and guest satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment.
