Assisted Living Care ProviderEben Ezer Lutheran Care Center - Brush, CO 80723OverviewSalary Range $17.00 - $19.00 Hourly Position Type Full-Time/Part-Time Education Level None Travel Percentage None Category Health CareDescriptionFull-Time, Part-Time, PRN AvailableMission: Provide person-centered care in a progressive, faith-based community.Primary Purpose: Deliver direct care and services to residents, ensuring well-being and dignity.Key Responsibilities:Follow Eben Ezer's values and care plans for bathing, grooming, meal service, housekeeping, and more.Maintain privacy and respect, documenting care per state/federal regulations.Assist with appointments and transportation, providing emotional and physical support.Communicate with families, physicians, and team members about residents' conditions.Perform basic assessments (e.g., glucometer, blood pressure) and maintain a clean work area.Ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations.QualificationsQualifications:High school diploma or GED preferred.CPR, First Aid certification, and computer experience preferred.Skills:Time management, attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork.Compassion, patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility equipment.
