At Sunrise Senior Living, we champion the quality of life for all seniors. As an Assisted Living Coordinator, you lead daily care operations, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered services while building and developing a strong caregiving team.
What You'll Do:
Lead recruiting, hiring and development of the caregiving team
Manage staffing, scheduling and daily timekeeping reviews
Oversee daily operations of the assisted living neighborhood
Ensure delivery of Resident-Centered Care and ISP execution
Partner with clinical teams on assessments, care planning and resident needs
Monitor resident changes in condition and communicate with families
Collaborate with Activities and Dining to enhance resident experience
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards
Manage team performance, engagement, coaching and evaluations
Support department budget, labor management and operational efficiency
What You'll Bring:
1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare
1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience
Strong staffing, scheduling and team management skills
Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements
Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and support operations
Pay Range: 60,840.00 - 81,224.00
