Job description
Riverside Lifelong Health and Rehabilitation in Smithfield, VA is seeking an Assisted Living Director (ALFA, LPN) to lead the facility's clinical team and operations. This role directs care programs, coordinates with the administrator on budgets, and helps plan strategic initiatives aligned with Riverside Health System's mission.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 1 year supervisory experience (preferred), and relevant licensure (LPN or AL Administrator) per VDHP
