Job description
Role:
Wellness Nurse in an assisted living and memory care community.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily nursing care, medication management, and health assessments.
Collaborate with caregivers, families, and physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Respond to changes in residents' conditions, ensuring safety, dignity, and independence.
Build meaningful relationships and support a warm, home-like environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Compassionate with strong communication skills.
Experience In Senior Care, Nursing, Or Related Fields Preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to residents' needs.
Knowledge of medication management and health assessments.
