Job description
Resident Care AideWe are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Resident Care Aide.Responsibilities:Assist memory care residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, while maintaining their dignity and promoting independence.Ensure compliance with and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights.Maintain accurate documentation and records of resident care.Immediately report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor, including evidence of illness, behavioral changes, unmet personal care needs, medication concerns, or unknown resident whereabouts.Promote and encourage residents to participate in community activities.Resident Care Aide Education & Experience:High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate preferred.Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification welcome but not requiredOne year of caregiving experience preferred.Compassion for and a genuine desire to work with older adults is required.Company Overview:Peregrine Senior Living is recognized for its innovative leadership in revolutionizing care for older adults.
