nJob Description
nWe are looking for an Associate Accountant to maintain funding for self-insured clients, communicate claims registers to clients, and prepare and distribute client reports and billing documentation. This position will be a contract and remote .
nDue to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, this role will be direct employment with CAI. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
nWhat You'll Do
nnnMaintain funding for self-insured clients (35%)
n
nnCommunicate claims registers to clients on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
n
nnServe as a liaison between external client contacts and internal departments (30%)
n
nnPrepare and distribute client reports and invoices daily, weekly, or monthly (35%)
n
nnMonitor and maintain accurate financial and funding records
n
nnIdentify and resolve issues by collaborating with appropriate departments
n
nnPerform other duties as assigned

n nWhat You'll Need

nnnHigh School Diploma or GED
n
nn0-1+ years of relevant experience

nnStrong numerical aptitude

nnProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

nnAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

nThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
