nAre you passionate about investments, data analysis, and helping drive better outcomes for clients?

nAs an Associate Analyst I , you will partner with experienced analysts to research, evaluate, and monitor investment solutions primarily across fixed income, multi-asset, and alternative strategies aligned with the firm's long-term philosophy. In this role, you'll build foundational expertise in investment analysis while contributing meaningful insights that support decision-making across the organization.

nWhat You'll Do

nnnSupport analysts in researching, evaluating, and monitoring investment strategies and portfolio solutions

n

nnPrepare materials for meetings and calls, including research summaries, recommendations, and analysis

n

nnConduct performance and attribution analysis to support investment evaluations

n

nnUtilize tools such as Morningstar Direct, FactSet, and internal systems to gather, analyze, and maintain data

n

nnProvide timely insights and updates on performance and market developments to stakeholders

n

nnCommunicate findings clearly and concisely, tailoring messaging to different audiences

n

nnCollaborate with team members and contribute to discussions, initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts

n

nnEnhancing the accuracy and timeliness of investment research and reporting

n nRequired Qualifications

nnnBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

n

nn1-3 years of experience in finance, investment analysis, or related area

n

nnStrong analytical and critical thinking skills

n

nnAbility to communicate complex information clearly in both written and verbal formats

n

nnStrong attention to detail and organizational skills

n

nnAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

n

n nPreferred Qualifications

nnnProgress toward or interest in obtaining CFA designation

n

nnSeries 7 and Series 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain per department guidelines)

n

nnExperience with investment research tools such as Morningstar Direct, FactSet, or similar platforms

n

nnExposure to data analysis tools or programming languages such as Python or R

n

nnInterest in applying advanced analytics or AI tools to investment research

n

n nTechnical & Professional Skills

nnnProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

n

nnAbility to analyze and interpret financial and investment data

n

nnStrong problem-solving and research capabilities

n

nnCuriosity and willingness to continuously learn new tools, systems, and concepts

n
