nAt Dycom Industries, Inc as an Associate Analyst, Operations Support, you’ll provide support to the Program Operations Team. This position is responsible for performing tasks related to compiling all field items required to complete customer work orders within internal and external systems, preparing invoice closeout packages, assisting with reconciliation, and proactively resolving operational or financial issues before they impact project timelines or outcomes.

n nWhat you’ll do
nnnDevelop, maintain, and update program documentation
n
nnManage assigned program tasks
n
nnMaster operational system data structures and support IT with test environment setup
n
nnSupport subsidiaries with system implementation and disciplined post‑implementation use
n
nnCreate and maintain operational system training materials (physical and electronic)
n
nnMaintain program file systems (physical and electronic)
n
nnComplete project close‑out per company standards
n
nnTrack and submit weekly accruals
n
nnReview subcontractor invoices for production accuracy and proper accounting
n
nnPartner with AR and Billing to ensure accurate revenue recognition
n
nnAssist with month‑end reconciliation of forecast vs. actuals
n
nnPerform design reviews and contract unit estimate rake‑offs
n
nnCoordinate with Finance, Operations, Billing, etc., to set up projects in the accounting system
n
nnProactively identify and resolve operational or financial issues before they impact timelines or outcomes
n
n nWhat you’ll need
nnnMust be 18 years of age or older
n
nnAuthorized to work in the United States
n
nnBachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
n
nn0-3 years of experience in the construction or utility industry
n
nnStrong written and verbal communication skills
n
nnSelf‑motivated and driven
n
nnProficient with Google Suite applications, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Studio, and Google Slides
n
nnProficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including word, excel, powerpoint.
n
n nPhysical abilities & exposures
nnnRoutinely: Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods.
n
nnOccasionally: Travel domestically up to 10% to collaborate with subsidiary teams, attend team meetings, and occasionally support cross-functionally.
